If you find that your product has been damaged in shipping, please keep all original packing material and notify us at info@thecedarmeadow.com of the problem. Please DO NOT attempt to return the package yourself; we at The Cedar Meadow patio accessories will work with UPS to pick up your defective merchandise. Returns due to shipping damage must be handled by us so we can maintain product records. If original packaging is discarded before UPS has a chance to inspect the damage, or if damaged items are shipped back to us without our authorization, then UPS will deny our damage claim and we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. We ask that if you need to return damaged merchandise then please email us, sit back, don't worry, and let us do the work!

If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted if a return request is made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if items are found damaged or parts missing. The cost of the return shipping will be charged to the customer. Simply contact Cedar Meadow Patio at info@thecedarmeadow.com and we will send a return invoice to you via email. This invoice must completed with required information, printed, and attached to the outside of each package being returned. The return invoice has a pre-printed remission value for the returning shipment of $10.00, as the merchandise is returned to our crafters in Canada and needs to clear customs at the border. Please do not alter this figure, or duty charges will be applied at the border which will be deducted from any refund. The Return Invoice MUST be attached to any and all returns and exchanges. Repackage any merchandise being returned and send it back to us (pre-paid) by the shipper of your choice.

Warranty replacements can be issued if the product is found to be defective or damaged within 30 days of normal use. Please include supporting pictures or proof of defect of any parts or items claimed to be defective. We will replace the damaged part or item free of charge at our discretion.

Shipping on any return must be pre-paid by the customer returning the merchandise.
